The Wall Mount System is specifically engineered to securely fix into steel wall framing members, whether or not the cladding is already in place. This system is particularly well-suited for large commercial sheds or any steel frame structures, offering a reliable and efficient solution for both new constructions and renovations.
Designed with versatility in mind, the Wall Mount Bracket can be installed over new or existing cladding. It fits seamlessly onto steel DHS (“C” section) purlins/girts, timber purlins and girts, concrete tilt panels, and timber wall constructions.
Ideal choice for new steel shed construction or commercial re-roofing projects. By securing the mounting brackets at existing fixing lines, the system minimizes the risk of cladding damage, preserving the aesthetic and structural integrity of the building.
The Wall Mount Brackets are padded and designed to fit neatly inside the pan sections of most trapezoidal metal wall cladding profiles.
They can be surface-mounted onto corrugated profile iron cladding, providing flexibility for various cladding types and building designs.
Wall Mount Bracket System Uses
This system is great for large commercial sheds or any steel frame structures for that matter.
While the system allows for some clearance with roof overhangs and gutters, it is ideally suited for face mounting scenarios where there is little to no roof overhang. This ensures a secure and stable installation, even in challenging structural conditions.
