Although Sorcha won’t ever admit she has the brain power to be a rocket scientist. The good news for us is she uses her brain power and her vast network of connections to help bring this idea of raising safety in construction alive. Also runs multiple businesses and empowers her employees to reach new heights.

Recently becoming a mother and working right up until she went pop! Often seen in the ocean doing more lengths than Micheal Phelps.

Alisha alongside Sorcha created this business out of the need to create and provide safe work places. Knowing the dangers construction sites can face Alisah wanted to make a difference.

A bubbly personality to have around the office and a fiery force should you be late on payments. Also a super mum helping run the business and keep up with a busy family schedule. Often seen with a glass of wine in her hand.

Running at a million miles an hour you would struggle to keep up with this man. Always thinking of new ideas to keep people and the work place safe. He talks as fast as he thinks so listen carefully and the knowledge and passion is evident.

When he not working Craig can be found on the sideline of many sports field as he volunteers to coach children in footy, rugby and soccer! When he’s not going through plays and moves, he can be found training for triathlon although we are yet to see him complete one.

The always calm and collected Ryan can be seen quietly working away on multiple projects and some say he gives each project more time and affection than his kids, although not true the level of detail is unmatched.

Always up for a party and a few drinks Ryan also loves a phone call and chat to clients to help build strong relationships. In his spare time Ryan enjoys spending time with his family.

With his fast knowledge of edge protection and his eye for detail Felix is a key member of the team.

In his spare time, Felix is Club Caption of Sydney Irish Rugby team, you can see his leadership skill even more so there. Felix can be seen running marathons after work for fun.

Our longest-serving employee Max has worked his way up through the ranks. Being Australian through and through Max has only ever left Sydney a handful of times, has never had a sick day and has taken no time off because he loves work so much.

He’s a madman for CrossFit, lifting and then posting it on Instagram. If he’s not in the gym lifting big weights you know for sure he’s out on his moto bike.

After joining us as a welder from Ireland, Micheal has shown great skills in managing the vast delivery and dispatches from the yard, managing and fixing the vast stock we hold Micheal is a crucial part of this team.

In his spare time Micheal can be found walking along the coast, playing his guitar or in a Irish pub for some “craic”

Cameron comes from sunny Scotland in the UK and joins us with several years of scaffolding experience.

A fast learner Cameron, undertook the training the become an edge rail installer. After some time Cameron moved up the ladder into supervising a team and installations. A fine eye for detail and a bubbly personality.

Theo has been with us for some time now, learning the ropes and developing his knowledge. A super brain who loves the overtime.

Theo is a hot prospect, always learning and asking questions to better understand how we can improve.
